All items purchased from Northern Stompboxes will be sent via 1st class signed for delivery. Items will be dispatched, at most, within 3 -5 working days from date of payment although items will often be dispatched quicker.Northern Stompboxes cannot be held accountable for any import fees incurred by oversees buyers.

 

All items will be packaged securely in boxes with environmentally friendly loose packing foam. We do not use Jiffy Bags!

 

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it within 28 days and you will be entitled to a full refund, minus shipping costs. Do this by emailing Northern Stompboxes at NorthernStomps@gmail.com . Shipping costs is classed as the cost incurred to the seller to post the item, not the cost incurred to buyer when purchasing the item. 

 

It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to organise and pay for postage of the returned item and to ensure that appropriate cover is taken out in the event of the item being lost. If the returned item is damaged in any way we reserve the right to charge a 30% re-stocking fee. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
